Trip to TN #2

We went and had an old fashioned photo taken.

We went to play a game of mini golf at one of the many places they had there to play. This one was about an explorer and you got on this train to ride to the top of the golf course.

The course we went on went in, out and around this mountain and water fall.

After golfing we had to go check out the Dollywood dress store. I'm sure you can see why.

A cute little rocking chair they had there.

Little bit had fun shopping. She got a dress and all the trimings.

Next we went to the dixi land stamped. Lyrah loved the music and kept trying to lean over as far as she could as we were on the ballcony.

They served supper while you watched the show. All finger food. You can see the bowls with the handles on our plates. We used those to drink our soup. Then we had cornish hens, potatoes, slice of pork, and an apple fritter.

Lyrah and I with one of the riders after the show.

This place was an upside down dinner theater. You can kinda see the door and lamp posts at the top of the picture.

Convention grounds where we had a potluck on Sat before we left to go back to Memphis.

I loved all the old barns there.

These places were on the road that the gps took us through to get out of the sever trafic in Knoxville. Each house had its own little bridge across a stream.

Tired little girl at the Memphis airport around 4am.

Glad to be heading home after a wonderful trip.

The plane to Atlanta.

Sunrise.

Coming down into Atlanta.

Glad to see our plane is leaving on time.

Sitting with Grandma for a little while on the way to Denver.

DENVER.

We were pretty happy to be home again.

The Love in my life.

Little bit or my butter ball is learning how to lift her head up and move around.

Bamboo cloth diaper, one size. I love cloth diapers. I love how the look feel and smell.

This is what happens when you don't blog for a while. You have a build up of stuff that doesn't make sence and is hard to put in order. Well I don't know how many people read my blog but I doubt its very many not that it matters anyway because I blog for myself mostly anyway. But for those of you who do sorry for the long vacation. Here I thought I would have more time quiting my job but that didn't happen.

This picture is my life now. I love it. Cloth diapers on the line every other day. Nice, soft, clean diapers that smell so good. I don't mind taking off the wet ones or the dirty ones. Infact tonight while I was writing this blog there was a big blow out that I couldn't take pictures of because it happened in my hands and lap. Well I just took her upstairs and dumped her clothes and all in the tub. Well not quite dumped but sat her in her chair and hosed her down. The little stinker (literally) laughed at me. I love this life.

Small fuzzi Bunz pocket diaper

bum genius, one size pocket diaper. This kind velcro closed at the top and have rows of snaps that on this one are just about hid under the velcro strip to make it bigger or smaller. I don't like the velcro as well as it doesn't seem to hold fit around her waist and legs as well as the snap ones do.

My favorite the rum p a rooz or transformer diaper as Floyd calls it. It will fit from newborn to toddler.

I love having a daughter. I love having a baby. and I love that she has a cousin the same age as her. I hope the grow up to be a good as friends as some of the cousins in the older group are.

Kyrie and Trey love Lyrah. I love how they are with her. I am so glad we are in the same town and I hope the grow up to be great friends.

I know we didn't get the best grandparents pictures but I love the pictures I have of my parents with Lyrah.

Time with Grandpa Ogden. She is the first grandchild for them and they both love her very much.

My little Valentine.

She is starting to react to peoples voices. She is such a beautiful happy baby. I hold onto these moments when she wakes me up at 4:30.

She is growing so fast. Its hard to believe that soon she will be 5 months old.

Valentine's Day with my two loves.

My happy little Valentine.

I love how my husband is with our daughter. When I tried to quit my job they begged me to stay even just one day a week. So as it helps me keep my education credits up I did. Floyd watches Lyrah while I work as he doesn't go to work that day. They have their own little routine and are starting to have fun father daughter time.

Almost 2 months.

Nov has been an interesting month so far. Lyrah is weighing in at 10lbs and that was when we were in Kearney the first part of the month. She is sleeping pretty well at night only getting up two times and sometimes only once. She likes to be held the best but will settle for her swing or laying on the floor sometimes though not if daddy is around. We are trying to get her used to a pacifier but she really has no use for it. My Dr appt in Denver went okay and I will go back in Jan for them to run tests. I had some tearing in muscle when I had little bit but they can't fix it until I quit nursing so it will be awhile. My bottom is becoming bearable and I will start work again the middle of Dec. I am looking forward to getting back to the people I take care of but not looking forward to leaving little bit at home. At least we will have a auntie here so she will be in good hands. Floyd is busy at work and has been asked to stay over and help on the docks after he is done each night so that means that he has plenty of hours. We are looking forward to finishing up our month with Thanksgiving at mom and dads and hopefully news of a new little one in ND.

Humm I think I actually like this swing.

A funny picture of me.

Auntie Kaela figuring out if she holds me and walks I won't cry.

Grammie Cine spending time with me.

This is my mommy (Jeanne) with her dad (my papa Leon) and his mom Grandma J.

Mommy and I went to Kearney for the weekend. While there we took some generation pictures. This is mommy great grandpa Arthur Herndon and Grandma Jane.

While in Kearney we got to meet some of the workers. Mommy didn't get a picture of Aunt Jana and I on her camera though.

I think uncle Morgen likes to hold me.

Me with Grandma and Grandpa Ogden. It was NE football day so I got them all to wear red! I had on my overalls to match grandpa.

The first smile mommy caught on camera. I was happy the Huskers won.

Watching the game with grandpa.

I am growing into my overalls but mommy still has to roll them up.

My first bath in the tub by myself. Usually I crawl in with mommy. I love my bath and always try to get my face wet but for some reason mommy doesn't let me very often.

At our house we like to play find the baby. My little baby booties uncle Doug got me,

Uncle Doug made me some moccasins. Soon they should fit.

My favorite way to sleep is in mommys arms.

Prefold diaper.Mommy didn't get my face cause
I was crying.

Great Grandma J and aunt Elaine got me this outfit. I just about grew out of it before mommy got it out of the closet.

Sleeping on the floor while Grammie and mommy clean my room and go through my clothes. I have outgrown some of my clothes already.
